 More about Byron...

I had attended Byron's Ashtanga classes for over 2 years. As a result, I had experienced significant changes in my physical appearance, how I felt emotionally and in the manner in which I viewed the world. I wanted to go to the next level. His teacher traininig program offered me that opportunity. It was comprehensive, challenging and fun. At the end of the program, I had the qualifications and confidence to teach yoga, wherever life would lead me.
