Post a Comment Tummo and Bliss: The Inner Fire Practice
October 8th – 13th, 2010
Tulku Lobsang shares the ancient Tantryana healing wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism. In this retreat, he teaches the precious inner fire practice, which is one of the six yogas of Naropa. Tummo means ‘wisdom fire.’ This practice opens the subtlest channels, developing your innate wisdom and natural bliss. The fewer blocks you have, the more open you are. And when you are completely open, everything is endless: love, happiness, health, wisdom.
Utilizing visualization, breath work and special movements of the body we are able to stoke our inner fire and burn through both physical and karmic obstacles. The Tummo fire is both physical—connected to our metabolism and hormones —as well as very subtle—connected to our compassion and source of love. This practice can truly change you on all dimensions.

Tog Chöd: The Wisdom Sword Practice
October 13th – 17th, 2010
Based on the famous Tibetan meditation techniques of the Yaman dances in conjunction with the movements of the Kalachakra, Tulku Lobsang has developed the powerful Tog Chöd technique. With this meditation in movement you will find the power to cut through your thoughts. Combining flowing body movements and visualizations practiced with a sword, we reduce our fears and expectations, dissolve our imprints and overcome negative emotions. In this way we can sever attachments and self-limiting concepts. This is what is necessary to live a full life, fully present in the moment.
