Tai Chi Chuan with Sifu Jordan
Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 12:13PM Sifu Jordan has been studying tai chi chuan for over 20 years and teaching it for a dozen. She is a long time student of Sifu Lem of Anaheim, and is currently a student of Don Ethan Miller, 4 time National Wu Shu Champion and Stephe Watson, International Wu Shu champion and 10 time National Wu Shu champion.
Jordan is most interested in tai chi chuan as a vehicle for transformation and personal evolution. Her tai chi chuan practice specializes in internal structural alignment. She has a B.A. in journalism from Michigan State University and works as a registrar in an alternative school.
Yang style forms (short, medium, long, sword & etc.) are taught in the class, along with standing postures. Classes are ongoing and designed for all levels of expertise. Students work at their own pace. Come to class with an open mind and flat shoes.
