What is the flow and experience during the workshop?
The Manna Workshop is a series of initiations and activations that take place over four days. This process is spiritual in nature and will include sessions using the Frequencies of Brilliance™ Energetic Healing Modality to activate the areas of the brain responsible for the Manna production while energetically aligning the stomach with the heart. You will also be guided through meditations and circle work supporting you through the activation of your ability to generate Manna, which are infused with the energies of the frequencies.
Additionally the Manna activation process will be enhanced through the use of the Guangdong Tektite. This meteorite stone carries the energies to help support each of us on our own journey of self-discovery and profound healing in these shifting times. Deep soul work will be facilitated as you open to these Emissaries of Peace to receive new aspects of yourself.
Your guides
Caitlin Kelley and Pat Burdy are Certified Manna Teachers and advanced Practitioners of the Frequencies of Brilliance™ Energetic Healing Modality, having been initiated into all Stages of the Frequencies of Brilliance™ work since its inception in 1999.
Caitlin Kelley began her journey with Amanae and Frequencies of Brilliance™ in 1997. In 1999 she was initiated into the Frequencies of Brilliance™ Healing Modality. In 2002 she received the Manna activation and in 2008 she became a Manna teacher. She has been teaching Manna Journey workshops sharing this powerful process with those ready to activate the Manna production within their own bodies.

Pat Burdy's devotion to the healing modalities of Amanae and Frequencies of Brilliance began 18 years ago after having received her first healings from founder Christine Day. Since first meeting Christine, Pat has become a Teacher of Amanae as well as a Certified Frequencies of Brilliance Practitioner. In 1994, Pat and Christine co-founded the School of Amanae. Pat later went on to establish a school in Israel and in 2006 she opened The School of Amanae in Minneapolis, MN. Recently, Pat has received guidance to share the wisdom of the Guangdong Tektite.
